Integral Career Coaching
Many of us crave freedom, rest, and achievement — but struggle to consistently attain these states.
Burnout. Resentment. Stagnation. Many of these patterns show up in our work and bleed out into other parts of our lives (and visa-versa). What would it look like if we better understood the invisible systems at play, identified what's in our control to affect, and ultimately centered joy instead?
My job as your coach is to be fully committed to supporting you with deepening into yourself and living an authentic and thriving life.
I will bring my full range of skills, insights, training, and expertise to serve you to the best of my abilities. Coaching sessions will focus on unearthing and exploring the complexity of who you are and developing your practices, skills, and behaviors. You can expect me to:
Be your ally, supporter, and sounding board.
Provide a safe and caring environment that facilitates an effective and collaborative coaching process.
Be direct, honest, thoughtful, and compassionate.
Ask clarifying questions and make empowering requests that support your desired outcomes and to help you to find clarity where it is meaningful.
Support you to evaluate the value coaching is providing you.
Adhere and abide by the International Coach Federation’s professional Code of Ethics and Standards.
Your skills are yours, and they’re portable.
One of my sweet spots is sharing the art of advocating for yourself. From that perspective, I view coaching as not only an investment in yourself, but an investment in your family, community, organization, and everyone you come across. Our partnership would be designed as a thought-provoking and creative process that can inspire you to explore and realize new possibilities for life: facilitating the identification and creation of development outcomes and the carrying out of a plan for meeting those outcomes.

Integral coaching is defined as “an ongoing, evolving methodology intended to be the most comprehensive response to human life.” In our work with clients, Integral Coaches hold being practical (aid for the short-term) and integral (developing over time). This response meets a person exactly as they are at a particular moment in time. It is about what to do now and sees this instance as a particular manifestation of something larger. It is a way of coaching that feels doable for the client and provides long-term impact so that the client experiences richer, longer-lasting growth. I believe that anyone who has an inkling of their value — but needs support in clarifying that value and bringing it to the forefront in the workplace — is “ready” for coaching.
I ask my client to generally commit to the following:
1. Willingness to share what you understand about your own motivation, patterns, self-beliefs, and behaviors.
2. Willingness to be as honest and open as you can be.
3. Willingness to take responsibility for bringing coaching issues or topics to the sessions.
4. Willingness to make an honest effort to practice exercises offered within the agreed-upon time.
5. Willingness to remember that as your coach I’m committed to your development and wellbeing.
6. Willingness to receive feedback and thoughtful questions with an open mind, heart, and body.
7. Willingness to experiment with new ways of being or thinking about things.
8. Willingness to bring your authentic self to each session and engage fully in this coaching relationship.

As your coach, I support you for the entire month, not just during our coaching sessions but in between as well. You’re welcome to keep me informed on your progress by email, as needed. If you have an emergent need or experience, you may reach out to set up a check-in phone call. I am glad to provide this extra level of service. Although I will not charge for this additional time, I do ask that the extra calls are kept to 20 minutes.

I am currently hosting all coaching sessions virtually at $225/session.
I am committed to creating a world where many people are supported and no one is left out due to circumstances. Please reach out if cost is a barrier.

Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice or counsel by legal, medical, psychological, financial, business, or other qualified professionals. However, coaches can help with exploring if working with a mental health professional could be valuable.
